The service was really good and everything was done in a timely manner. Everyone was very attentive
It was easy to make an appointment at the dealership. When I arrived, they took the car in quickly. The service was performed with additional information and it did not take long. I am very happy with the service.

Came in for oil change and tire rotation. Was greeted by Kaylie Barwick which showed high customer attendance and was very quick to get me checked in and with my advisor Ryan Mcneely who is as always very great and informative about the services being provided along with customer attendance and updates. With these two above names I will highly recommend anyone coming to get there vehicle serviced here and ask for them.
We are a Toyota family and I have been going to this dealership for many years.
I have found them to always be fair and honest. Specifically, David Bowles. He has been a service advisor there for a long time and he is truly trustworthy. I find comfort in a dealer that can hold on to their great employees. David checks the work that is recommended and gives the customer a fair recommendation. I took my 2018 Highlander in there today. Good service. They have been helpful and reliable. Wish one of the service personnel could have written up the service since the person assigned my vehicle was busy with other customers. Had to wait about 20 minutes while four other personnel were just sitting there talking. Only vehicle waiting to get the service ticket written up. This is the only problem I have with the service.
I used several Toyota dealerships over the years in different states and Rockhill’s Erick Guzman service representative has been the best. I felt very welcome and appreciated him for not trying to pressure me, The service was the fastest I ever received in any dealership and they were reasonable price. I would recommend them to all my family and friends. Looking forward to using them for future maintenance on my Toyota. Thank you
I’ve bought my last three Toyotas here - all from Tom Funderburk. I take them there for all my service and they always are on time for my drop off and keep me informed of service progress and suggested repairs. My service advisor is David Bowles and always takes great care of me. I highly recommend Toyota of Rock Hill for your purchase and service needs.

Fox is the best. They do a really good job and keep me aware of what is needed and upcoming stuff to plan for.
II think the parts at this dealer ship are severely over priced. Example; ,I took my truck in today to get my oil changed . I asked about windshield wipers blades. The service person told me that they may be under warranty. I told her put them on. When they got finished .The bill was 114.00 dollars on the wipers. I could not believe it. When I got home I looked up the same wipers the price was 29.98 for the set.
Fairly long wait but everything was Ok. David reminded me of a recall for my RAV but when I had called about it a few weeks ago was told Rock Hill Toyota could not do it. Need clarification. Sticker for oil change was for 5000. I thought it was supposed to be 10000.

I was at the dealership today for regular maintenance. Everything ran like clockwork, due in no small measure to the efforts of my service advisor, Riley Hall. My car was taken into the shop right on time and delivered back to me within the hour, as promised! Honest quick reliable good communication our service writer was excellent understood our issues and concerns and friendly
Service was poor, slow, and confusing. Key fob was thrown in my car where I found it wedged between the seat and center console after told it was in cup holder. After finding it at home and closing the car door as it was raining I smashed my finger upon closing it and had go to my doc. Wiper was not fixed when I was leaving and advisor had to call tech out swearing in the process.

Great service, knowledgeable team and FAST. What more more can you want, I had an appointment for 11:00am and got there at 10:15am. I was on my way home at 11:05 with an oil change tire rotation and filters.
