David Boyles was my service advisor at Toyota of Rock Hill. He kept me informed throughout the diagnostic process and provided a detailed explanation of the problem with my Highlander, including a technician’s video showing the faulty purge valve. I appreciated the communication and transparency.
Very accommodating and willing to work with you within your comfort zone. Boris was especially helpful and made the entire experience much easier. I purchased a new vehicle from Group 1 Toyota of Rock Hill on August 14, 2026.
On September 10, I specifically asked whether my registration paperwork had been processed and was told yes. However, on September 17 — Day 35 of my 45-day temporary registration — I contacted SCDMV myself and was told they had no information about my vehicle.
I immediately contacted the dealership and was then informed that my registration had NOT been submitted because the original Manufacturer Certificate of Origin (MCO) had been lost in transit.

My Service Manager Cole was great !! He helped me beginning to end ! And when he wasn’t available another handsome associate heard the urgency in my voice and made sure to not only bring my car around while I was in route for pick up but also turn the A/C on so it could be cool after I paid with Cole. The video of my vehicle from the technician and detailed invoice with option to wait or approve was a great touch ! Happy with my first service with Group 1 , look forward to more visits when needed !

Spent two hours waiting for a recall to be repaired only to be informed they did not have the required part after they reached out to me to schedule the repair. The manager couldn’t even be bothered to apologize himself. He sent the original rep to offer a free oil change for the beyond infuriating experience. Normally I have at least an adequate experience and there are several good employees that have given me an overall good experience.
I recently moved to this area and was happily surprised at how competent and professional the employees at Group One Toyota Rock Hill are. Tim Fox was the person who sheparded my car and me through the process. He was funny and attentive and I enjoyed him and hope he is my service technician next time. I also had the opportunity to talk to Brandon. He is very personable and helpful. Hopefully, I won't need your services too often but when I do, I'll feel okay about coming in there.

I’ve been coming here ever since we moved to the area and recently had my Corolla brought in via tow because of a flashing check engine light. My service advisor told me diagnostics usually cost $200, but he would be able to bring it down to $150. My car ended up needing an ignition coil replaced.

The Toyota of Rock Hill location has very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The waiting area is comfortable. You can get great coffee and tee for free. Also, you can buy some snacks that are available per your choice.

As always a great service job done today on my Camry. I called yesterday and was able to get a quick appointment for today that worked for my time frame.
My car was towed to the dealership, and Tim Evans the service consultant was waiting for my arrival. He patiently listened to my concerns and got the technician to fit me in without a scheduled appointment. My car was fixed in two hours allowing me to return my rental car early. Special thanks to Tim for providing exceptional customer service!!! And Mike for replacing my ignition coils!!! Awesome team work!!!

Great service and people. However I fail to understand the payment worklow in their office. Instead of each advisors station having a payment terminal every advisor is forced to walk their customers to another room to process the payments. It wastes everyones time and energy.
