Ger took great care of me! He maintained great communication the whole time, fit my unscheduled repair in, and provided all around great customer service!
Service was quick and had no issues and happy with clean and time spent to check out everything

Took my Tundra in for a 15k service. I've bought 3 trucks from Group 1 Toyota and had lots of service done. The whole staff is always top notch, and today Ger was incredibly helpful. He was attentive to making sure everything was done right and I appreciated his honesty with how long the process would take for a recall. Its always stress free going to Group 1!
I was able to check in for my appointment as soon as I arrived. Soon after Mr. Fox explained which servicing aspects my car did and didn’t need. After that, there was only a short wait until my car was ready. My total time at the dealership was under an hour.
They always get my services done in a timely manner. They suggest other things your vehicle may need and let you know what you need that day. They also aren’t pushy.
We arrived because the work done the day before by another dealership was faulty. Without an appointment, a lady greeted us and once I explained our situation, she immediately put us with Jason Land. He was able to work us in to diagnose the problem. He was great! Explaining everything, advising us how to handle the situation with the other dealership. We were there for 3 1/2 hrs. Great Customer Service. Was greeted as soon as I pulled up. Did a thorough inspection of my vehicle and explained in great detail what was needed. Was kept informed while service was being completed. Total price was actually lower than what was quoted to me. Highly recommended.

Would not recommend this dealership to anyone that needs service. Over charged for service and will hold you hostage for you vehicle if you don't pay. Manager didn't seem to give two cents as he never approached me with my problem. Been there before and didn't think i was that bad until I started paying attention. I made the mistake to by a car at the end of the year. It was obvious to me that all the sales force was interested in selling the cars. Out of the 2 hours I spend at the dealer I saw the salesman maybe 15 min. The rest of the time he was gone

This was my first visit to Rock Hill Toyota and I am now a customer for life! Tim Fox in service could not have been more helpful in explaining the process and dealership amenities. While I was waiting a staff person asked if I would like a water. It is a very comfortable environment. I had an oil change done and brakes checked. After the oil change found the back brakes needed replacing. I was in/out in 2 hours with the oil changed and brakes completed! Keep up the good work !

I went in for an oil change, the multi point inspection indicated I had a bad battery. I went to the shop that sold me the battery and they cleaned the terminals and the battery indicated it was good. When I opened the hood to check the battery I noticed that the Toyota technician had not replace the oil cap, it was laying on the air cleaner and my engine compartment was covered in oil. I called the Service Advisor and he said bring it back and we'll clean the engine for you.

Came in for oil change and tire rotation. Was greeted by Kaylie Barwick which showed high customer attendance and was very quick to get me checked in and with my advisor Ryan Mcneely who is as always very great and informative about the services being provided along with customer attendance and updates. Good service. They have been helpful and reliable. Wish one of the service personnel could have written up the service since the person assigned my vehicle was busy with other customers. Had to wait about 20 minutes while four other personnel were just sitting there talking. Only vehicle waiting to get the service ticket written up. This is the only problem I have with the service.
I used several Toyota dealerships over the years in different states and Rockhill’s Erick Guzman service representative has been the best. I felt very welcome and appreciated him for not trying to pressure me, The service was the fastest I ever received in any dealership and they were reasonable price. I’ve bought my last three Toyotas here - all from Tom Funderburk. I take them there for all my service and they always are on time for my drop off and keep me informed of service progress and suggested repairs. II think the parts at this dealer ship are severely over priced. Example; ,I took my truck in today to get my oil changed . I asked about windshield wipers blades. The service person told me that they may be under warranty. I told her put them on. When they got finished .The bill was 114.00 dollars on the wipers. I could not believe it. When I got home I looked up the same wipers the price was 29.98 for the set.
Fairly long wait but everything was Ok. David reminded me of a recall for my RAV but when I had called about it a few weeks ago was told Rock Hill Toyota could not do it. Need clarification. Sticker for oil change was for 5000. I thought it was supposed to be 10000.
