I have had a very positive experience with this dealership from the person that cares for my car maintenance, the gentleman that sold me my latest car and the manager.
Very clean, friendly environment. None of the employees wasted any time when getting our documents prepared. Every one had a good sense of urgency.
The most impressive part of the experience was our salesperson Kayla Jenkins. She made it seamless and comfortable.

As always a great service job done today on my Camry. I called yesterday and was able to get a quick appointment for today that worked for my time frame.
My car was towed to the dealership, and Tim Evans the service consultant was waiting for my arrival. He patiently listened to my concerns and got the technician to fit me in without a scheduled appointment. My car was fixed in two hours allowing me to return my rental car early. Special thanks to Tim for providing exceptional customer service!!! And Mike for replacing my ignition coils!!! Awesome team work!!!

Great service and people. However I fail to understand the payment worklow in their office. Instead of each advisors station having a payment terminal every advisor is forced to walk their customers to another room to process the payments. It wastes everyones time and energy.

Everyone I encountered was very nice. My Service Advisor, Brandon Strom, was wonderful to me. He got me in and out in 1hour. I had the oil changed. Brandon was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will be sure to ask for Brandon next time
My appointment was scheduled for 10:15, I got there early and they received me early and I was put by 40 minutes. My service representative was knowledgeable and very respectful.

Excellent experience from start to finish! I brought my son’s car in for an oil change and tire rotation, and they took it in right at my appointment time and had it finished in about an hour and a half. No pressure and no trying to oversell me on things I didn’t need, which I really appreciated.

This dealership has been servicing my Sienna for over 2 years and every time I have had wonderful service! I took my truck in for a swap and balance with some tires I got third party. They discovered that the tires were not a fit for my truck unfortunately, but they figured it out quickly, did a great job walking me through the issue and helped me out with a tire rotation on the set of wheels I had on.

Took my Tundra in for a 15k service. I've bought 3 trucks from Group 1 Toyota and had lots of service done. The whole staff is always top notch, and today Ger was incredibly helpful. He was attentive to making sure everything was done right and I appreciated his honesty with how long the process would take for a recall. Its always stress free going to Group 1!
I was able to check in for my appointment as soon as I arrived. Soon after Mr. Fox explained which servicing aspects my car did and didn’t need. After that, there was only a short wait until my car was ready. My total time at the dealership was under an hour.
They always get my services done in a timely manner. They suggest other things your vehicle may need and let you know what you need that day. They also aren’t pushy.
We arrived because the work done the day before by another dealership was faulty. Without an appointment, a lady greeted us and once I explained our situation, she immediately put us with Jason Land. I made the mistake to by a car at the end of the year. It was obvious to me that all the sales force was interested in selling the cars. Out of the 2 hours I spend at the dealer I saw the salesman maybe 15 min. The rest of the time he was gone

This was my first visit to Rock Hill Toyota and I am now a customer for life! Tim Fox in service could not have been more helpful in explaining the process and dealership amenities. While I was waiting a staff person asked if I would like a water. It is a very comfortable environment. I had an oil change done and brakes checked. After the oil change found the back brakes needed replacing. I was in/out in 2 hours with the oil changed and brakes completed! Keep up the good work !

I went in for an oil change, the multi point inspection indicated I had a bad battery. I went to the shop that sold me the battery and they cleaned the terminals and the battery indicated it was good. When I opened the hood to check the battery I noticed that the Toyota technician had not replace the oil cap, it was laying on the air cleaner and my engine compartment was covered in oil. I called the Service Advisor and he said bring it back and we'll clean the engine for you.
